When To Get Help

Get help when you feel there is more dissatisfaction than satisfaction from your relationship. When you feel you are stuck with problems that are too difficult to move on from or the problem seems to be reoccurring. Here are some early warning signs that your relationship could be in trouble:

  • Limited time spent together
  • Sense of dissatisfaction and unhappiness
  • Constantly arguing
  • More negatives than positives
  • Difficulty communicating needs and feelings
  • Pre-occupation with interests outside of the relationship
  • Feeling disconnected and lonely within the relationship
